 1 lb Chicken
1 box of Jovial Gluten Free Penne Rigate
1 jar of Bertolli Organic Creamy Alfredo Sauce
 1 green onion
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese, shredded or shaved

This is a go to dinner that is easy to make and tastes great! I usually use the leftover cooked chicken from Blake's meal prepping the night before so my chicken is done and easy to work with. I will get the pasta boiling and I like to use a gluten free pasta called Jovial. I found this at our local Kroger. Even my kids like it!!!

The Creamy Alfredo Sauce is by Bertolli and it's their New Organic variety. LOVE IT!

The night before when I baked the chicken I use a salt and pepper and a cajun seasoning to give it a little flavor!

3

I add the sauce to a pan and add the diced chicken to it to heat up. Be careful not to burn the sauce! I usually put it on low with the lid on top so it slowly warms it up.

4

It takes about 8 to 10 minutes for the pasta to cook depending on your preference on how you like your pasta. Once the pasta is done I drain it, and then put it back on the stove and add the sauce with chicken directly to the pan. Stir it and serve on a plate with shaved parmesan and I use cut green onions...(I love these but you could use parsley instead!).
